Hey team,
First off, sorry for the hiatus, and unfortunately I don't have a great story to detail this time. The purpose for the hiatus has been due to the fact that we're still trying to figure out my work situation. I know it comes as a bit of a surprise and a shock, but unfortunately I wasn't/am not able to be a professor now. 4 days before classes started the Deans of the college called me up to let me know they gave my class to another professor. So, since then, I've been working with the monastery to find another assignment, but am still yet to be successful in that search. So, hopefully you're all doing swell and looking forward to Thanksgiving! More updates to come soon.

I was just beginning to consider the possibility that the real zombie apocalypse had finally come upon us when you finally updated your blog. You of all people would understand what it means to dramatically adjust one's life in preparation for the hunt and surviving hordes of undead at catastrophic levels.
